I have not heard of that particular name, but there are lots out there that are the same... cyclone, tornado..yadda yadda yadda.
I have seen the commercials and I guess you have to buy one and find out. Same idea as a turbo and s/c, but probably not near the gains

stuff a sock in your intake, it's the same effect. you are putting a restriction in the air path into the motor. the easier the motor can breath the more easily it can produce power at greater levels. a cone filter and a 3" CAI are the better alternative, with FI being the best solution.
