Do you think this Amp kit would be good enough to power at max a 500w amp? I know it says a 1100w but its a cheap kit. I really only need the power cables fuse and maybe RCA cables but I can buy some good RCA cables for pretty cheap

the link doesnt work. i would say dont buy anything other than maybe a deck at walmart. There is a reason its cheap. If you go to crutchfield and look at the product advisor it will tell you what guage wire you need for how many watts and length of cable. you will probably need an 8 guage wire. rockford fosgate and scosche make pretty good kits, some come with rca wires.

6 feet of 8-gauge power cable
14 feet of 4-gauge power cable Two 17-foot interconnect cables with RCA connectors 17-foot blue remote wire 4 feet of 8-gauge ground wire 24kt gold-plated connectors 4/8-gauge power distribution block In-line fuse with holder Thats whats in the wal-mart amp kit
