how does bracket racing and street eliminator and all that work i dont get it?

what are the rules of the street class drags and eliminators and what IS bracket racing? how does the whole racing thing work? i want to do it but i want to get a heads up on how it works and what are the rules and regulations and handicaps if any????

check out nedragway thier are some basic rules thier
bracket racing has dial in times that you have to get as close to without going faster than to win... they say some stuff in thier better than i do
