Kit Requests for Hasegawa.... Pantera

Hello everyone, this is my first post here but I've been a lurker for a long time. Anyway, I'm a manager at a local hobby shop and have noticed good sales with the recent release of the Miura, and am puting one together myself. The accuracy of the kit is spot on, and the fit and finish seems to be right up there also. My question is, is there a good email address for contacting Hasegawa with suggestions for future kits in their "Historic Car" series? I think that something like an early '70s Detomaso Pantera would be an excellent addition to the current line up. The '70s area supercars are not covered very well at all in current kit form, and such a car deserves to be redone in 21st century detail. Just curious what others think, and if anyone has the appropriate contact information. Thanks!

May I add my vote?... De Tomaso Pantera is an intersesting choice, indeed, as could be a Ferrari 308 GTB, 512 BB, a Lamborghini Espada, a De Tomaso Mangusta... and so many others.

But I think we can keep going on dreaming for a long time!

...or a Jarama 400GT, maybe not the best looking Lambo, but I like it. Small with a front V12 and 6 double carbs, I think it's the same engine as in the early LP400 Countach.

Great, thanks. I was giong to second the De Tomaso Mangusta, also another one of my favorites. As far as current stuff goes, we still need a 575M as well as some new BMWs (M3s, M5s) and Audis (S4), but I think everyone already knows that (except the model car companies apparently). Thanks for the input guys.

Yeah, I'll give you my vote for the Pantera and the Mangusta. Both of them are awesome cars.

Put in a word for a 1982 DeLorean too, will ya?

I do remember Testors putting out a Pantera model a long time ago. Don't exactly remember the year. Sure wish I picked one up when I had the chance.

I think the testors version is the later '73-4 model that has the rubber front nose. I think the earlier ones with the chrome bumperettes would be a little bit more appealing. Hasegawa seems to have been doing a good job of picking the most appealing years when the model a car, I hope they continue in that direction.

Oh, and anyone care to add an Aston Martin DB5 to that? Man oh man...
