HELP! GSX issue

drove car today for first time at the shop cause they can't figure out a problem...

MOVING: the car goes but wont go past 3k rpm or 10mph.... it just make a loud sucking noise and wont let you past those numbers.

PARKED: the car runs and you can rev it to whatever RPM you want.. acts just fine.

I want to know wtf this is... to me it seems like a vacuum issue, or some sort of air flow issue while the car is mobile.


you guys have any ideas??? Also is any of you 6 bolters available tommorrow to come with me to check it out? Ft laud area
