I couldn't see it but I am guessing he put something very large in the trunk and didn't tie it down. I saw a guy the other day with a HUGE swamp cooler sticking out the back of his cadilac cimaron (sp). It would not have been able to balance on the back of the trunk had he not used one flimsy piece of twine to tie it down

Could have just left it in the shopping cart and held on to it through the window. People don't return carts where they go anyways so it wouldn't make a difference anyways.
