Camaro G2?

Has anyone heard of a Camaro G2? I was looking at a Cars for Sale mag. And I came across a listing for a 1997 Camaro G2 – It’s stated the normal stuff like PDL, PW, AC… then..the silver bullet is back, this is a rare car, 454 hp too much to list. I don’t know too much about Camaro’s. Isn’t there a G2 performace parts or something like that. Is this something like what Roush and Saleen do for Mustangs?

Okay, I think that G2 is as you suggested a parts supplier for LT-1 F-bodies. The camaro you mentioned may be a one off car G2 put out showcasing their products.

there is a guy 2 blocks from me that has a "g2" camaro. Its white, with a ram air hood (aftermarket). It used to have a cowl hood on it. Ill try to get some pics of it and maybe find out whats up with the "g2". All i know is it sounds GOOD!
