ok guys i have read and seen the dyno charts on a book called how to build your honda ... and it says that the apexi stainless steel header for the type r integra will give a b16a the most horse power

So i'm assuming its a jdm style header? Dc sports jdm header is really good. Grab that.

Turn the page, the 2 DC headers (4-1, 4-2-1)that alot of people nowadays think is crap put more hp than the Apexi.
FYI, 4-1 produced more low end torque than the 4-2-1 so there goes that rumor.

Its bigger and flows much better. It has the 2.5 collectors cat.
