What's wrong with my 90' cav???

Well, I'm not a car enthusiast so I'm not sure what's wrong but I have a good idea. I've had anti-freeze and water leaking out of the front of the engine block for a while now, but it hasn't gotten into my oil yet. Over the past couple of days, I've lost complete power in my car. It goes 15 miles an hour up hills and shakes violently.

I hoped to God it wasn't the cylinder head so I changed the spark plugs. When I pulled the wires off, two of them broke off at the metal connector. I cut the wire and put evrything back together and changed the plugs. I still have the same problem.

I'm thinking it's the head completely, but I'm hoping I put the wires back together wrong. Maybe they're not connected right.

Two notes:

When I took the plugs out the first one had a lot what seemed to be oil and carbon on it.

The engine stalls once and awhile.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

my Hanes bok says oil deposits on the plugs could mean worn valve covers or gaskets that's allowing too much oil into the cylinders. If it's carbon, it could be a problem with clogged air filter, or with your 'heat management' (whatever that means), maybe with the fuel injection systems

Your valve cover can be "missing" and not get oil into cylinders. It would get "ONTO the plugs on the outside. Oil in your cylinders comes from only 2 things worn rings, or most likely old/bad valve stem seals. Try new wires first. They can cause a wold of problems. Just change one at a time so you get them on in the right order. The oil will foul the plugs eventually but you have other problems right now. Good Luck.
