leaking sunfoofs

HELP! this is my first message so hi!
my pug has got a leaking sunroof. i thought it was the aerial so i re-sealed it, and now that is fine but there is still water coming through. the boot is also leaking, there is usually a puddle of water under the back seat which in turn makes the back seat wet and makes the car smell like my grans beat up old micra, damp!
Does anyone think that my sunroof is 'buckled' and what does buckled mean?
the seal seems to be fine, i have cleaned it numerous times but still no joy
Can somebody please shed some light on my sticky predicament?
