Interior Painting Problem

Hey, I used the "Oh So Great" Krylon Fusion paint to paint my interior, and well, it was working perfectly until I decided to use it on the vinyl part of my door...and now it is sticky...I wasn't paying ne attention to it being vinyl and the paint being for plastic only...what do i have to do for it to dry or not be sticky? Go through and sand it down or what?? PLEASE HELP ME!
Thanks!

you have to have a special kind of vinyl paint, or vinyl bonding pens.
