How much oil use is "normal"?

I have 96 GC with 130K on a 3.3L. It has started using a bit of oil and I was wondering at what point that should become a concern. It is using about a quart between 3000 mile oil changes.
Thanks, Ken.

With 130K miles one quart in 3000 miles is not bad at all. If you are concerned change to a high mileage oil or use a product called Restore. It will fill in the scratches in the cylinder wall giving you more power and should reduce oil consumption. It is available at WalMart, K-Mart and most if not all auto parts stores.
