Playing with my Pathfinder's guts - new toys

I have things I want to do to my killer, 98 Pathy.

1) I have two sucrity items I want to install, I'm not a mechanic but am good with gadgets and wiring. I want to install my 'fake' blue flashing LED as an anti-theft device, and a key pad/engine kill/starter device that requires a code to be entered to overturn the engine.

2) Where do I find the opening in the cars Firewall to pass through wiring? How/where do I hook in the relay switch for the LED so that it ONLY comes on flashing when the car is turned off and key taken out?

3) How hard is it to find the selinoid and starter relay to put in the key-pad (adheres to Dash) and relay? I've always paid guys to this in the past, but I want to try myself.

4) How do I change the factory setting and control of the fog lights? I want to be able to turn them on with just parking lights and not be linked tothe headlamps.
Ideas?
