Problems Please Help Anybody

i just had my alternator rebuilt on my 89 sc and it does just fine untill my car gets warmed up then my battery light comes on and my alternator quits working. i have heard there are fusable links three of them actually but i dont know where they are and i dont know if they are the problem. PLEASE HELP
