Intake problem

Hey guys! I got my injen intake installed i got the extension too, it went in pretty nice and easy, but when we tried closing the hood it wouldn't clear it we made a few adjustments and it got better but still wouldn't clear the hood, now my beatiful intake has a couple of scars, it sounds really good when i push the pedal, so i would like to know if any of you have had this problem and what you have done or did about it, thanx in advance.

Oh! i also got my high flow cat and my Apex'i N1 duals installed, sweet exhaust, sounds great not too loud, i will post some pictures of the car later on.

Re: Intake problem

Thanxs, and oh yeah i can defenetly feel the diference it wasn't a heck of a lot at first with the intake but after the high flow cat and the exhaust i can feel quite a diference, i usually drive the car from 2000 to 3500 rpm and in that range there are good gains but when i hit the 3000 3500 mark there is a big diference.
