Recommended tranny fluid

What's the recommended transmission fluid for dsm's, which ones are the best and which ones to stay away from? Thinking of in need of changing my tranny fluid because shifting is becoming more coarse and rough... not sliding in gear smoothly anymore. Need something that'll solve this problem.

Re: Recommended tranny fluid

Use OEM fluid! If the tranny is really not shifting well then you can try to use GM synchromesh fluid. I have used it and it did not really help. But others have said it does.

I've heard about GM Syncromesh, will try it out.
