Have a 96 Sebring JXI, what are the symptoms of a blown head gasket?

Loss of acceleration, and white smoke coming from tailpipe due to water leaking into a cylinder. When you accelerate you will feel it jerk as if you are not getting fire to all your plugs. Good luck!
