Angry 98 blazer heat wont shut off a/c wont work compressor working

i have a 98 blazer with many problems. first the heat would not work air would blow thru but not even warm ( a/c worked great at that time ). found someone thru this forum that said to wait until engine tem is at 3/4 notch then turn on the fan and heat will work, tried it and it worked great for the winter!! Now, it's summer and have to drive half hour each way to work daily and the heat will not shut off even if everything is in off position tried to just pull the fuses but ran like crap. it is the computer climate control type so if you push the a/c button you hear the compressor start and a icy film builds up on the compressor so there is freon in it it's just the air temp coming out is HOT burn your hands hot. any ideas? Please help it's hot!!

Too top this all off the power windows wont work anymore eigther unless both front doors are opened or both front door handles are pulled and held the entire time it takes to roll down the windows. they used to work fine and then one day they quit. the only reason we figured it out about the opening of the doors or pulling the handle thing is that when it's dark and both front doors are opened the switches light up you release the handles or close the doors and the light goes out and you loose all power. any ideas on this eigther? i think it is just possessed!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!
