1994 topaz wipper problem
ok I have a 94 mercury topaz and Irecently changed the turn signal and to do this I took out the wiper controle switch and since I put this back in the wippers have not worked properly to explane I have interval wipers on the car and if u have the switch in one of those it operates on lo and in lo it operates on lo and hi is hi dose anyone know what my problem might be
