Hey there, my first post,
I have a problem with the passenger side headlight module. When the lights are switched on, the left one works perfectly but the right one just pops up a little bit and just doesn't have the "oomph" to get up. The electric motor is ok , I think its some sort of gearing like the plastic gear is rotating on the metal etc etc. Any solutions? |

Re: Headlight Module Problem
Unless the module itself (or actuating rod) is bent, the motor assembly needs to be pulled apart and rebuilt or replaced. Might be bad internal electrical contacts or a gear starting to strip.

Its just one gear that is worn out or sticking. You can find a really cheap head light rebuild kit on ebay. I believe all you do is replace one gear and everything works perfect
