96 Sierra 5.7 Error DTC P1351

I get a DTC code error P1351, IC Circuit High Voltage. The truck will sometimes stall when I first try to start it, without waiting I try again and it starts and runs fine. Once it stalls the egine light will come on with error P1351. This might happen a everyday or I could go a week with it starting on the first try. If the truck start on the first try for a few days the engine light will go off. I have replaced the coil and control module along with wires and plugs, and fuel pump. I was thinking of replacing the Crank Senor next??? Am I looking in the wrong area??

Replaced coil again, still have same problem and code. Could it be the control module?

Yes, I replaced the coil and spark plug wires less then a year ago. I'm going to replace the cap and rotor. Don't know where else to look. Will let you know how I make out.
