Wrong forum again, but while im here.....
Why they would be outlawed is so police have another reason to pull over thugs and young punks (who else has spinners? Nobody I've ever seen!). I DISAGREE WHOLEHEARTEDLY!!!

Why do people pay attention to spinners while they're driving anyways??? I kinda like'em depending what kind of car they're on. I like them on Escalades but not on Accords. I have actually seen that. But a friend of mine got those spinner hub caps for his Saturn SL and he gets some pretty wierd looks.

I saw spinner hub caps on an old Chevy Astro van at Wal-Mart!!
You know they sell Spinner hubs at Wal-Mart now!!!

spinners are banned completly here in england but i know a few people who passed an mot with them on ?strange. they do look stupid on the wrong cars though
