electrical gremlins!!..help please

i have a 95 galant, yesterday on the highway in the POURING beyond POURING rain my car suddenly shut off.....it wouldnt crank back over and seemed a little weak. i got a jump and drove to a freinds house where i kept it running in his dirveway...untill it died again....THEN again got a jump and drove home where it died right outside my house...now today it starts right up and i left it running for over a half hour now and it doesnt show any signs of problems...did i get something wet for the time being? or whats up...thanks for the help

it just died again...im guessing the alt is gone since my radio,lights,power locks,and everything else besides the engine works
