Re: Removing Governments

I was seek in GTP Diagramas and i was found a wire from ICM (Ignition Control Module) that is a speed sensor, mine was disconnected when my wiring harness was bad and the car goes up to 125+MPH with no problem and no speed limit.

But i buy the new wiring harness for it and the speed limit back to it ... I've ordered the DHP PCM to delete it and get some HP extras.

The best way to defeat the speed limiter on our cars is to get a reprogrammecd PCM. Not sure about the '97 SE, but the '02 GTP is limited to 126mph using the factory programming.

Re: Removing Governments

I like the title of this thread: Removing Governments
Seems highly appropriate. ;-)
