Drivers Window Works Intermittently...

I just bought a 1994 Ford Explorer XLT. The drivers window works intermittently. All the other windows work fine. I would like to have a starting place before I attempt to track down the problem.

Thanks,
SCBeachBum

Re: Drivers Window Works Intermittently...

usually have a dirty contact on the switch, if you be able to take it apart, you will see how much dirt there, clean it with contact cleaner (an electrical cleaner autoshop like pepboys, autozone, kragen sell this item) Let it dry well before you plug it bag.
