a/c questions 94 2.2L

i currently have my system down, need to know exactly where the orifice tube is located, also...have had problems with air flowing where it isnt supposed to inside the truck, if i have the control unit set anywhere it seems that the majority of my air is goin thru the defrost vent (60%) another 30% out the floor vent, and the rest thru the front vents on the dash, doesnt matter if i have the control knob set on max a/c, normal a/c or vent.....still not gettin air flow thru the front vents like i should, thx in advance for any tips

I'm not sure about the '94 model but any control settings i have worked with work on a vacuum system or possibly cable but either way it sounds like your air controller needs to be taken out and checked.
