Unhappy 99 Accord LX is bogging down

Quick question -

Around 2K-3K RPM, my car (99 Accord LX sedan, 2.3L 4-cyl, no engine mods, 84K miles) is hesitating and getting a little jumpy. I have noticed a reduction in power as well (people riding in the car don't notice it much, but it IS my car...I notice everything). So far, I have replaced the distributor & rotor, air filter, spark plug wires, done an oil /filter change, and put iridium plugs in. This did not help. Cleaned the MAP sensor with a q-tip. Did not help. The vaccuum hoses are all in good shape, and sealing well. My next thoughts deal with the fuel pump & filter, but I cannot locate the fuel filter (I think it may be in-tank). I'd like to get this cleared up and get the power back, as I am soon to put an intake, header, exhaust, and Zex wet kit on it - they're all in the mail as I write this.

Any ideas on where to go from here? Also have noticed that I can now hear the cylinders - don't want to call it "knocking", but don't know what else to call it - maybe due to the car getting older....(?)

ANY help would be appreciated!!

Re: 99 Accord LX is bogging down

Wow, scary picture... Sorry for your car but you in right place.
What type and maker of spark plugs installed?
Can you remove those and check what color on insulator and electrodes?
Have you ever got check engine light/codes# before?
What gas you put in tank? And I think it is not a fuel filter/pump. My accord have pretty close 158k km, similar modes/turnups and have no such problems.
