91 honda civic rust

[size=4] I currently have a '91 honda civic 1.3l, Recently i have noticed that there are a number of small rust patches forming and there is also one later rust patch un front of the driver side rear wheel just underneath the bodywork, I have also found rust just behind the bumpers in in smaller places around the car. What would be the best cost-effective way to treat the car what would be available on the market in Ireland? or in Europe in general. I would be very gratefull if you would be able to help me with this,

hakc it all out with a drill with an abrasive wheel on it , filler and sand it down then prime, paint and lacquer, it shoudlnt cost very much , what colour is your car though mate??? im from the UK

Its red, not the very bright red and its not the darkish red, its somewhere in between,

hmmm red is a bith mate , take it to a workshop when its needing to be painted i would u will never match the colour nicely
