Best Performance

Hey i just have a few questions. I just purchased a 2001 cavalier with the 2.2L engine a couple of weeks ago. I hear that getting an intake will give the most noticable quick performance upgrade. What kind should i get. Also what other mods are there.thanks.

Re: Best Performance

By just upgrading the intake system, I don't think that will gain that many HP, but intake is the most basic performance upgrade. After you put an intake on, you might consider upgrade the exhaust system and header as well. That will give you a noticable performance upgrades. you can visit the website for more info on the intake system for your car.

Re: Best Performance

If you're wanting to add power, the first thing you'll probably want to do is intake, exhaust, ignition, and fuel line. After that, its up to you.

Re: Best Performance

the only thing that is worth the money to put on the 2.2L OHV engine is a turbo charger. Other than that everything else is just a big waste of money. Trust me
