Wink help drawing a mustang

I see most of you guys are import fans, but that is ok with me, we all love cars.... who cares which ones, right?? Anyway, I am trying to deciede on a paiont scheme for my mustang. It is a 89 GT, it is mostly stock outside except for a cowl hood and an aluminum wing that comes off of the hatch straight back about 12 inches. I drew a side profile of it trying to get an idea of how to lay out colors / stripes and I really need a three quarter view, like from the drivers or passenger side front corner lamp being the closest thing to you, you know what I mean? If someone can help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Not loking for a stylized drawing, but one that really looks like the car. I am just having a hard time drawing that view. Maybe the person who helps me out I can help out with some custom pigment. I work R&D for a company that makes the pigments that go into car paints. Mostly single colors, but we have a few that change color depending on viewing angle. Nothing as flashy as the Chromeillusion stuff, but two - three colors. It is cool stuff. If you guys could email me @ [email protected] that would be great...
thanks

Re: help drawing a mustang

Hi, Lab-rat, welcome to AF! Call me Ross btw. Im not an import fan, just to let you know .

What type of paint scheme were you thinking of? I could draw the outline of the car for you, but I think it would be best if you or someone else did the paint scheme (plus im busy drawing-wise atm).

How do the Chromeillusion type paints work btw, I've seen them, and can't work it out .

Also, we can PM you (private message) instead of E-mailing you.

To se my drawing standard, go to the bottom of this page: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=255126

Hope that helps,

Ross.

To draw with a broken pencil is pointless.

pic I have been using.....

I think I just uploaded the simple MS paint drawing I did based on my hand drawing to my gallery. It should give you an idea of what I am talking about. I just need a 3/4 front view to map out different paint scheme ideas

Re: help drawing a mustang

There are no images there. Make sure the file you want to upload is <80k. If it isn't, change the file to a JPEG, which will reduce the size by ~70%.
