Freon Leak

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Venture. Last Month I noticed that I had a leak where the a/c lines connect at the compressor. I added 8 oz. of 134a Freon with o ring conditioner but after a week it was still leaking. Next I went to the Dealer and bought new o rings and installed them and recharged the system. After 3 days I noticed the leak again. I think it is leaking at the high pressure connection at the compressor. Now what?

Are there better o rings available? Help

Re: Freon Leak

hey man when you opened the system to change out that o ring did you "evacuate" or pull a "vacuum" on the system before recharging?

Re: Re: Freon Leak

is it leaking from the valve core? There is a valve core within the high pressure access port on top of the compressor. Mine appears to be bent and its "fissing" freon and oil.

Wonder who knows best way to deal with this......
