1.8t oil light turbo problem or oil pump

the oil light comes on during operation usually after 5 to 10 minutes of driving, I can shut the engine of while coasting and restart after 15 seconds or so and light doesnt come on right away but it does come on.
So my first thought(yes, I have plenty of oil) was a oil pump or a clogged pick up. but at the same time I had no boost from the turbo, so I found that there is oil coming through the hose to the intake. we took the oil cap off and ran it down the road at full throttle and the turbo kicked in. I think it was stuck. anyways I dont have much time and even less money, so I want to repair it my self but dont want to do the pump if it is the turbo or vice-versa. should there be any oil entering the upper hose to the intake? help
