Question Looking to pimp my ride - need advice

I have a green '01 Honda Civic EX Sedan and it all stock. I've been really bored with the way it looks and I've been wanting to make it look cooler. I was thinking of new rims and tires and tinting the windows. Do you guys have any suggestions.

You are heading in the right direction. I always start with wheels, tint and audio/video. After that I would go to performance

As you do the wheels, you might want to consider suspension, possibly lowering, struts, springs. Enjoy!

Re: Looking to pimp my ride - need advice

yeah, rota wheels seem to be the in thing along with low profile tires. I myself prefer the small rims and normal tires, but its whatever you like. A slightly mirrored dark tint is good for keeping out the heat, and the lookers. You might also want to consider some coilovers to lower the car. Ground Control are the best sleeves if you arent looking to spend alot, but a set of true coilovers is much better, tho it will cost you a grand at least. Dont cut the springs, and for heavens sake if you lower the car 2 or more inches get a camber kit.
