92 Labaron taillight wiring

I have a 1992 Labaron and am trying to connect wiring for my trailer . . .so far i have not found information that is of much use . . .

first is this a separate tail/stop light system

second what is the color code for wiring I have

left side
black
green
green/white
black/pink

right side
black
brown
brown/white
black/red

from my measurements so far I beleive black to be ground for both sides, the black/pink and black/red wires to be tail lights

i need to know which wire goes to which light (turn - brake)
