1974 CHEVY VAN (1:18)w/ dragster

can't deal with this, so up we go!!!

1970 chevy chevelle 454ss w/ slicks, it's not quite done yet.

this van is so detailed, in and out.

-carpet interior
-both captain chairs swivel 360
-mini bar
-bed
-1/4 door windows that really open

-extended coil springs
-custom alloy trac bars that WORK
-custom steel mounts for trac bars(6)
-rc heim joints
suspension is fully functional

It is starting to look like every car or van has the same chassis. Do you only have the one made.

all the 1:18 diecasts that i lift use there existing chassis. the axles and springs alone come from another truck but need to be extended. from there i basically hack of everything i dont need. the alloy traction bars that you see come in long tubular strips which i then cut to size. rc heim joints are then mounted to each end of every trac bar. theres alot of cutting and shaving that needs to be done though. every one that i do is different as far as size an angle depending on how high i want to with coil springs and the tire size. every truck is different so every mount is basically different as well. it takes some time but the whole suspension is FUNCTIONAL.

Yes, the body work will be quite fun. I would love to see some custom dragsters, and street rods!
