Was there an option for a 5.7 TBI motor in a 1989 TA, or was there only a TPI 5.7?

-----------------------The tpi motors started in f-bodys in late 87 .Theye were available in the iroc-z and gta packages only. But I am sure that there are a few test mules out there also .But if you had a trans am or a formula or a camaro rs and or rally sport you could get the 5.7 tbi engine......check out www.thirdgen.org .................

Re: Did?

Call auto zone, they have a list of what engines were available for what years, and they can tell you.
