Problems with HK upgrade need help!!!!

I need input or feed back from those of you who have upgraded or tried to upgrade the HK system. I have installed two Rockford Fosgate amps with a sub and Boston EC speakers. But haveing major problems. After two days with my installer I rec the car with only the sub and two rear 6 x 9 speakers working, nothing or very little from the fronts. After one day the rear is gone and now only sound is coming from the right front tweeter. Is this a hopless issue or can someone HELP.....
