Good Deal?

We just purchased a 99 4Runner Limited w/gold package looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor only one or minor minor scratches on the fender flares(have to look extremely close to see them with 52000 miles on it. We ended up giving 10300 for it after we traded our 95 honda accord with 200k+ miles on it(rode very hard and put away very very wet did we get a good deal or were we stiffed? I have a 95 Toyota 4x4 with 210k miles and never a hiccup out of it

Considering that you bought it from a dealer, sounds like you got a pretty good buy. The first thing you should check are the attachment screws on the plastic fan shroud. I don't know if it's a typical problem, but the screws on my old 4-Runner came loose at about 55,000 miles. The loose shroud was then struck by the fan, with in turn punched a hole in my radiator. The design of the attachment points leads me to believe that those screws should be checked for tightness ever 50,000 miles or so. I had a wheel bearing go bad at about the same time. Other than that, at 155,000 the vehicle seemed like it was going to run forever.
