Timing belt loose! Belt tensioner?

My timing belt is very loose. I didnt mess with it or anything. Could this be due to a broken belt tensioner?

yea most likely. i suggest doing the h23 manuall tensioner conversion. i had my auto tensioner break twice. can be very bad. belt jumped the gears, but nothing was bent.

did you do the manual tension conversion yourself..How much is the kit?
