Re: blame shifting is fun

The funniest part of that story for me is this:

"The issue of whether the Bush administration exaggerated the case for war in Iraq is being investigated separately in a report likely to be released after the presidential election on 2 November."

Re: blame shifting is fun

Oh wait, this part's funny too:

"I look forward to working with members of Congress to put out reforms that will work," Mr Bush told a campaign event in the state of Pennsylvania.

Mr Bush also stressed that the world knew Saddam Hussein had been trying to acquire nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.

"We haven't found the stockpiles, but we knew he could make them," Mr Bush said.

So now we're attacking countries because they can make WMD's?

That's PRE-pre-emptive, lol.

ANY country could make WMD.Many DO.What that ass in the White House is effectively saying is,"Fuck the rest of the world,we'll take on whoever we fancy, for whatever reason suits us and dress it up with a big fat lie to make it look like self-defence"

Ditch him,he's taking America down the road last travelled by Adolf.

I still say LBJ -- he seriously must be Dubya's idol. Unnecessary pointless war and Great Society-style government expansion...

Oo! If Kerry gets in he gets to be the 21st century Nixon! AND WHAT A SHOCK THAT'LL BE...

Don't know if I am going to vote for a president. Would this not imply that I am endorsing one of these "candidates"

Re: blame shifting is fun

My friend, this is 2004. If you are complaining about the election 4 years ago 4 months before this year's election, you need to quit sucking your thumb and get rid of your blanket. This time it won't be even close and you can cry all you want.

Plus if we forget the past, history is surely to repeat itself again and again.
