Erratic Idle - 3.0L/3spd auto/AC

History - recent engine Overhaul due to head gasket blowout.

Problem - When up to normal operating temperature the idle starts fluctuating up & down (+-) 1000 rpm's in neutral or when in gear it will frequently stall out, in the driveway or at a traffic stop.

Attempts - To no success; Cleaned out carbon build-up in throttle body and IAC unit. - Checked and secured all grounds. - Removed O2 sensor and visibly checked for anything out of the ordinary.

As for the stalling issue, it may be that the Idle Air speed motor is bad. Had that problem on my 94 3.0, where it would stall at stop signs. Just a thought...
