Question S-10 stalls then will not crank at first

I need help! I have an intermitting problem getting worse...
My 2000 S-10 will stall and I cannot turn it over right away. There is no clicking just completely dead. I can hold the ignition switch on and it will sometimes give a delayed response then crank. If it does start and the high-beam signal is lit it will die once I release the emergency brake or hit the brake pedal and I found now if I turn on the A/C. If I sit and let it run until the high-beam light goes off I can move again.
I have pulled fuses, I checked the grounds, had the altinator checked, battery replaced, module replaced, and the dealer had me to replace the ignition switch, that cost me $160,00 and only lasted two months.
There are no bad fuses, I think there is a short but I do not know where to start. I would shake the wiring under the hood trying to find a loose connection. One wire bundle seems to give me a result but it isn’t consistent it maybe just coincidental. The wire bundle runs from the under the hood fuse box across the engine. I couldn't see any bad connections!

Has anyone had this problem before??
