Dixie Art Shipping?

I bought my Iwata revolution CR today, around 4:00 eastern. I ordered it online, and was wondering how long shipping from them takes? I know it may have been asked before, but I couldn't find anything. A little help please?

I thought there were a ton of people here that ordered from them...but, I'll just try and give them a call.

I asked them 2 time to know the shipping price for Canada.

First time they took 4 day to reply and told me they didn't know since it depend on what I'm ordereing (even if I told them I wanted a Badger Anthem, they simply didn't read my message)

Second time they took 8 days to reply my email, and they told me it was 9.99$ for Canada (it's there flat rate damn !), but I already buy the airbrush else where

I think this could be relavant to this post, but since I ordered it, and I don't mind waiting, I'd like to find out what and what not to do. I know JSWillmon has the same airbrush, and I was wondering what I should use to clean out the color cup on top?
