The valvebody recalibration that is done to Maxima's by Don in Texas is specific to the Maxima tranny. It took him quite a while, and used a fair amount of ATF. You could also get one from Level 10.. but that is serious $$$$$.

Your best bet for a VB mod for your Accordian (hehe, I've had one as well so.. ) is to find one from a Honda tuner. The Maxima VB mod is DYI, but very messy.

Not many stock automatic trannies are supposed to hold all the power of a turbo or SC, so a tranny cooler helps as well.

All this typing for a Honda owner.... *sigh*

I beat an Accord today...

I've got a solution!!! Buy a Maxima. Then you won't have to worry about a VB for the Accord!!!

I dont think A1 will do the mod.But your best bet would be to buy a real car like a Maxima. It is roomy, powerful,Handles good,And I think you would be posting up Maxima's rule on a honda site then.Maxima is way better than any accord in my books.

Here: http://www.mobiletek.net/
That is THE site for the Maxima VB. Try calling some honda performance shops up and ask them. I'm sure if it's been done for the max, it's available for you too. You can also try: http://www.txchange.com/transgo.htm
They sell kits you can use to modify your valvebody, but they are quite a bit of work, and you have to do the work yourself or pay a RELIABLE tranny shop to do it for you. Good Luck. Or you could just quit playing around and get a MAXIMA :silly2:
