Electrical/Water Problem?

Hello All,

I recently replaced the drivers side power window/regulator on my 99 Intrigue after it had failed. A week and one rainy day later, I found the courtesy lamps, rear view mirror, etc not working. I replaced a blown fuse on the INADV POWER BUS which fixed the problem for a week or so.

A couple more rainy days and the fuse was out again...this time it shorts as soon as the key is turned. I searched all over the inside the drivers door looking for something that could be causing the short but I haven't found the culprit.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is there something else which could be the cause the the short? I'm hoping for a dry week to see if the short goes away...
