buying a new car
Well I am loooking at buying a new r/c car and I need some help on which one to get. What I am looking for is one that is fast, can drift good, won't break to easy, and fast. But i don't want to spend too much over 200 dollars. Thanks

Re: buying a new car
Everyone, take a look at this member. He is the perfect example of a good new member that knows what he wants. He doesnt give you the round-a-bout. Give yourself a pat on the back (its not very often that I get to complement a newbie for doing the right thing).
HPI Sprint, its fast, drifts well, its RTR, and is only $210.

Re: buying a new car
If you are torn between two cars, see which one your local hobby shop carries parts for. This will save you headaches in the future. I have spent six dollars on shipping for a $1.50 part more times than i will admit.

Re: buying a new car
Ok, so as soon as I visit a hobby shop I will probably get one. People have been pounding me with different cars from like loosi team associated and tamiya. Is the HPI sprint better than those for a beginner? Just to make sure is it pretty fast and drifts with a little tuning.
Thanks |

Re: buying a new car
Team Losi is an excellent brand...for circuit racing. TA TC3 is good as well, Tamiya too.
I suggest getting the Sprint for a beginner.
