Question Plug gapping question

Greetings fellow metro owners/enthusiasts! I am looking for some information about spark plugs. I got NGK V power copper plugs and I have no idea what the factory gap setting is. Shop I got the plugs said it is 0.42 but I heard for someone else it is 0.38. Can someone help me out?

I have a 97 metro lsi hatch (1.3 liter)

Re: Plug gapping question

According to my Haynes manual the gap can be from 0.039 - 0.043 in. (1.0 - 1.1mm).
