I have a grinding/buzzing noise and a slight vibration coming from my front drivers side wheel area. It only occurs when i turn right, Im assuming that this is not good and would appreciate any ideas in what it might be?? possibly wheel bearing? UV Joint perhaps? Im really not sure as you can tell!

grinding or buzzing sounds more like wheel bearing or perhaps worn brake pads.if it only happens when you turn right,i would suspect the n/ s front bearing(or rear)
