Re: Keep The Muscle Over Summer
Do it the old fashioned way. Push-ups, pull-ups, crunches. Pilates-type stuff using your own body weight as resistance. Won't be nearly as effective as free weights, but you can keep some tone.

Re: Keep The Muscle Over Summer
Grab some small hand weights and every day just do some fast shaping excercises (lighter weights, more reps, faster contractions). Will keep the muscle you have and tone it nicely.

Drink alot of milk and when I mean alot, I mean alot. If you cant buy weights, save up those milk jugs and fill them with sand and water. Use them wisely. Do some light cardio to keep those muscles toned nicely. Otherwise good luck keeping those muscles. Weightlifting is a yearly thing if you want to keep gaining mass and keep those muscles.

Re: Keep The Muscle Over Summer
abs - crunches, leg raises, scissors, a lot..
tri's - field goal push-ups bi's - chin ups chest - push ups back - pull ups quads - single leg squats hamstrings - lunges calves - single leg calf raise For push ups put a something heavy on your back. There are lots of things around the house that can be used for weights: gallon jugs, books, chopped wood, etc.

Re: Keep The Muscle Over Summer
Make sure you continue to intake lots of protein. Like people suggested earlier there are plenty of challenging body weight exercises. Pull ups, handstand pushups, single legged squats.

eat creatine and chicken while u bang your girl friend!! just kidding!!!
Try doing handstand push-ups thier extremly hard, also do u have a lake or river or water hole near u? Try swiming and pulling wieghts while running in the water. Also i recomend Rocky 1 2 3 and 4 in all his videos he never uses a bench, and some of the exercises he does are actually very responsive!! later |

I did go out and buy a bench and some hand weights so everything is good now. I forgot about the pushups but those seem to really help.

Re: Keep The Muscle Over Summer
word, i would just recommend doing elevated situps, and push ups, try wearing a backpack full of books or something to put weight on your back, do 100-200 when u wake up, and 200-300 before u go to sleep, if you can't do this many work your way up. it works.
