stumped...whatsup with my brakes

so three weeks ago...breaks start chirping. not grinding...im aware of the difference. so i figure, needs new pads.

get it inspected, dude says ive still got liek half my pads left.

but im still hearing that chirp when i break...like the warning on the pads.

its not a grind, like when ur rotors are shot. if i dont need new pads.....then wtf?

what gives?
